Ingredients

100g Nuts, mixed

10g Eggs, chicken, white, raw

10g KetoCal 4:1 Powder - Unflavoured (available on prescription)

25g Oil, olive

         

Method

1. Add nuts to a bowl, pour over egg white and olive oil and stir to coat.

2. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and pour on nuts making sure you spread so it’s one even layer.

3. In a small bowl add KetoCal powder, a pinch of salt, pepper, smoked paprika and ground cumin. 

4. Sprinkle this mixture over nuts.

5. Bake at 150oc for 10 minutes, remove from oven and turn nuts around with a spoon or fish slice and bake for another 10 minutes. 

6. Allow to cool on tray, once cooled place into a jar or air-tight container.
