Ingredients

20g Coconut flour Tiana

4g psyllium husk 

10g KetoCal 4:1 Powder- Unflavoured (available on prescription)

15g Alpro greek style plain yogurt

4g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat

          

Method

1. Mix all dry ingredients together then stir in yogurt until you have a soft dough.

2. Roll and slightly flatten and make a hole in the middle.

3. Place on a lined baking sheet, bake at 170C for 10 minutes. Allow to cool. 

Top Tips

A great option for snacks, lunch boxes and breakfast. Batch cook and freeze pre-sliced.
