Ingredients

600g fresh double cream

80g frozen summer fruits (Sainsbury’s)

125g Milbona full fat cream cheese (Lidl)

1 sachet Hartley’s sugar free jelly

100mls boiled water

Method

1. Weigh frozen berries and thaw in fridge.

2. Whip cream to a soft peak consistency.

3. Fold in cream cheese.

4. Add 100mls boiled water to jelly crystals and cool.

5. When jelly is cool fold into cream and cheese mixture.

6. Add berries.

7. Divide into 10 equal pots and freeze.
