Ingredients

60g Panda porridge mix

50g Pecans

15g Sukrin sweetener

90g Butter

5g Dr Oetker vanilla extract

Method

1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.

2. Melt butter, cool, add vanilla extract and add to dry ingredients. Mix well.

3. Grease and line a loaf tin.

4. Add mixture and flatten.

5. Cook in a fan oven at 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

6. Cool slightly and divide into 8 slices.
