Ingredients

40g Tesco ground almonds

3g Dr Oetker gluten free baking powder

5g coconut oil

50g eggs, chicken whole raw, beaten

10g Kanso Cacao MCT chocolate (available on prescription)

18g Tesco Double cream

Drop of Nick’s stevia vanilla 

Sweetener to taste

Method

1. Break the Kanso chocolate into little pieces.

2. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.

3. Divide into 3 patties.

4. Fry in a non-stick pan on a low heat.
