Ingredients

10g Ketocal 3:1 powder (available on prescription)

10g Tiana fairtrade organic coconut flour

2g wheat flour, white plain

5g MCT oil (available on prescription)

2g Gia garlic puree

10g eggs, chicken white raw

5g eggs, chicken yolk raw

Pinch of fresh coriander (optional)

Method

1. Whisk egg white.

2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix to a smooth paste.

3. Spread onto a silicone mat in the shape of a mini naan.

4. Heat oven to 180 degrees and cook for 5-10mins.
