Ingredients

34g Cauliflower, raw

3g Cheddar cheese

5g Olive oil

Pinch of paprika and black pepper

Method

1. Cut cauliflower into small pieces and drizzle oil over.

2. Mix paprika, black pepper and grated cheese in a small bowl.

3. Add cauliflower and coat with spices and cheese.

4. Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
