Ingredients 20g Ultra fibre flour 20g KetoCal 4:1 powder - unflavoured (available on prescription) 20g eggs, chicken, white, raw 15g Whitworths Favourites 4 Seed Mix Method 1. In a bowl whisk together the KetoCal powder, fibre flour and mixed seeds, add a pinch of salt & pepper and dried herbs (you can add cumin, nigella or carraway seeds or a pinch of ground chilli, paprika or mustard). 2. Add egg white and stir until you have a smooth dough. 3. Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper, use a sharp knife or cookie cutter to cut crackers (I use a 1 inch cookie cutter). 4. Place crackers on a lined baking sheet and bake at 160C for 10 minutes until golden brown (the crackers will look soft when you take them out of the oven but they will firm up as they cool). 5.
