Ingredients

100g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin

25g Butter, salted

         

Method

1. Slice cucumber, remove seeds with a teaspoon then slice thinly into ribbons or noodles.

2. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and fry cucumber for a few minutes until soft.

3. Season with salt and pepper and serve as a great side dish.
