Ingredients

13g Brussels sprouts, raw

5g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw

11g Carrots, old, raw

13g Mayonnaise, standard, retail

4.5 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ - Unflavoured (available on prescription)

5g Grapes, green

          

Method

1. Chop Brussels sprouts into shreds, slice onion thinly, grate carrots, chop grapes into 1/4.

2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and KetoCal together then season with salt and pepper.

3. Mix all vegetables and grapes together, mixing well to ensure everything is coated in sauce.

4. Allow to stand for an hour in fridge, covered well until needed.

5. This will keep in fridge for 3-4 days covered.
