Ingredients

18g Chicken breast grilled meat only

30ml Elmlea Plant double cream

3g Tomato puree

15ml oil, avocado

15g Violife creamy original

2g Gia garlic puree

8g spinach baby, raw

8g squash, butternut baked

          

Method

1. Bake butternut squash until soft and then keep to one side.

2. Grill chicken breast and put to one side.

3. Combine all ingredients (except cream) in a pan and cook on a low heat to create a sauce.

4. Stir in cream once cooked to avoid curdling.

5. Blend until smooth.
