Ingredients

50g Avocado flesh

20g Apples, cooking, flesh stewed without sugar

30g Coconut collaborative vegan double cream

Method

1.Weigh apple and dice and steam to make a purée.

2. Mash avocado or blend.

3. Mix all ingredients together with coconut cream.
