Ingredients

5g Butter

11g KetoCal 3:1 powder (available on prescription)

20g Cauliflower, raw

15g Broccoli, green, raw

15g Aldi Cowbelle double cream

19g Cheese, cheddar

4g Olive oil

Method

1. Weigh out all ingredients.

2. Cut up broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces.

3. Grate cheese.

4. Add oil, butter and 200ml of water to a frying pan.

5. Add broccoli and cauliflower and cook until soft.

6. Reduce heat, stir in cream and KetoCal 3:1 powder.

7. Cook for 5 minutes on a low heat.

8. Add cheese and mix until melted.

9. Transfer mixture to blender and blend until smooth (add water if needed).
