Ingredients 20g Acre lane lamb mince (20% fat) (frozen) 30g Cauliflower, raw 5g Bisto reduced salt gravy (red) 30g Carrots, raw 21g Frozen peas 25g Nightingale farms peppers 20g Oil, olive 16g Tesco Olive spread Method 1. Weigh out ingredients. 2. Boil carrots, cauliflower and peas. 3. Put half the oil in a frying pan and fry lamb mince, add the peppers. 4. Add all ingredients to the blender plus remaining oil, butter and Bisto. 5. Blend thoroughly. Top Tips The ingredients can be increased e.g. multiply by 4 to give 4 portions. This freezes well.
