Ingredients

18g Surreal Frosted cereal

22g Ella’s Kitchen, the yellow one, pouch

30ml Tesco Almond drink unsweetened

60ml Calogen

Method

1. Dry blend the cereal.

2. Weigh out Ella’s Kitchen pouch, add to dry cereal blend and mix to create a thick paste.

3. Weigh almond milk and Calogen and add a little at a time, stirring well to make it smooth.
