Ingredients 5g Bisto reduced salt gravy granules 30g carrots old raw 35g cauliflower raw 20g Tesco growers harvest frozen peas 20g olive oil 10g red pepper 10g green pepper 16g Tesco olive spread 20g Tesco frozen beef mince 20% fat (raw) Method 1. Weigh out ingredients. 2. Boil carrots and cauliflower. 3. Boil peas. 4. Put half the oil in frying pan and fry beef mince. 5. Add peppers and fry. 6. Once cooked add carrots, cauliflower and peas to blender. 7. Add mince and peppers to blender. 8. Add remaining oil, olive spread and Bisto to blender. 9. Blend thoroughly.
