Ingredients

45g Tesco free from Korma sauce

15g Tesco butchers’ choice cooked chicken frozen

22g Olive oil

14g Calogen

26g Cauliflower, raw

20g Tesco growers harvest frozen peas (frozen)

30g Carrots, old, raw

Method

1. Weigh out all ingredients.

2. Boil carrots and cauliflower.

3. Boil peas in a separate pan.

4. Fry chicken in some of the oil.

5. Once chicken is cooked mix in Korma sauce.

6. Add cooked carrots and cauliflower to your blender.

7. Weigh cooked peas and add to your blender.

8. Add chicken and Korma sauce to your blender plus rest of oil and Calogen.

9. Blend thoroughly.
