Weigh out all your ingredients. 2. Boil potatoes & cauliflower (this will act as the “rice”). 3. Fry chicken & mushrooms in the beef dripping. 4. Once cooked mix peanut butter & sweetcorn with chicken & mushrooms. 5. Once cooked add cauliflower & potatoes to the blender along with ingredients that have been fried in the pan. 6.
