Ingredients

14g Potatoes old raw

33g Tesco canned sweetcorn in water

9g Tesco Butchers choice cooked chicken frozen

18g Morrisons best beef dripping

20g mushrooms common raw

60g Cauliflower raw

12g Olive oil

4g Tesco, smooth peanut butter

Method

1. Weigh out all your ingredients. 

2. Boil potatoes & cauliflower (this will act as the “rice”). 

3. Fry chicken & mushrooms in the beef dripping. 

4. Once cooked mix peanut butter & sweetcorn with chicken & mushrooms. 

5. Once cooked add cauliflower & potatoes to the blender along with ingredients that have been fried in the pan. 

6. Add oil to the blender. 

7. Blend thoroughly.
