Ingredients

19g Tesco butchers’ choice cooked chicken, frozen

40ml Elmlea double cream 100% plant

43g squash, butternut, raw

25g Violife cheddarton

10g frozen peas

12g oil

Method

1. Weigh all ingredients.

2. Fry chicken in oil in a frying pan.

3. Boil peas.

4. Boil butternut squash.

5. Add cream and cheese to pan, and then peas and butternut squash and mix.

6. Add everything to a blender and blend thoroughly.
