Ingredients

20g Green pepper

25g Red pepper

27g Tesco frozen beef mince (20%)

36g Tesco harvest tinned chopped tomatoes

30g Violife Greek white cheese

5g Onions, raw

20g Cauliflower, raw

10g Potato, raw

18g Olive oil

Method

1. Weigh all ingredients.

2. Boil cauliflower and potatoes.

3. Put peppers onto a baking tray and roast in the oven.

4. Add oil to a pan and fry onions.

5. Add mince and cook thoroughly.

6. Add tomatoes to mince.

7. Add all ingredients to blender and blend well.
