Ingredients

20g mushrooms raw

30g Flora plant double cream

15g Tesco Olive spread

5g onions raw

35g cauliflower raw

20g Tesco diced beef raw

44g carrots old raw

6g Bisto reduced salt gravy

14g olive oil

Method

1. Weigh all ingredients.

2. Add beef, mushrooms, onions, plant cream to slow cooker and leave to cook thoroughly.

3. Boil cauliflower and carrots.

4. Once everything is cooked, add cauliflower, carrots and olive spread to the blender.

5. Add contents of slow cooker to blender along with the oil and Bisto.

6. Blend thoroughly.
