Ingredients

25g Calogen

27g Carrots, old raw

30g Leeks, raw

50g Elmlea Plant double cream

25g Potatoes, old raw, flesh only

25g Tesco smoked back bacon rashers

4g Kallo very low salt beef stock cube

Method

1. Weigh out all ingredients.

2. Boil carrots and potato.

3. Fry bacon on a low heat and once cooked add leeks.

4. Add plant cream and stock cube to frying pan.

5. Add everything to blender.

6. Blend thoroughly.
