Ingredients

30g KetoClassic Porridge (available on prescription)

15g Cold water

15g Whole (full fat) dairy milk

15g Double cream (Tesco)

6g Desiccated coconut

5g Walden Farm Near Zero Pancake Syrup

18g Blueberries

                         

Method

1. Mix KetoClassic porridge with water, double cream, milk and 5g desiccated coconut (reserving 1g for topping). 

2. Serve with blueberries, 1g desiccated coconut and Walden Farm Syrup.

Top Tip

Blueberries can be replaced with 30g raspberries or 20g tinned pears in juice.
