Ingredients

20g Tesco 5% mince beef

11g Butter

9g Carrots, young, raw

2.2g Colman’s Cottage Pie mix

5g Tesco double cream

10g Sunflower oil

11g Old potatoes, raw

10g Sweet potato, raw

Method

1. Fry mince beef and carrots using some of the oil. 

2. Mix a little water with cottage pie mix and add to mince and carrots.

3. Boil old potatoes and sweet potato, drain, add butter and mash together.

4. Put all ingredients into blender and whiz it up!
