Ingredients

7.5g Boursin full fat cheese

41g Broccoli green raw

12g butter salted

42g Cauliflower raw

15g fresh double cream

13g raw onions

16g Petit pois frozen boiled

10g Tesco full fat cream cheese

Method

1. Boil the weighed raw broccoli and cauliflower.

2. Weigh the boiled frozen peas.

3. Fry the onions in the butter, add in cheeses and stir to melt. 

4. Add in double cream

5. Blend all together.
