Ingredients

25g Keto Hana peanut butter Keto granola

30g Cocoa butter

10g Lindt excellence dark 90%

3.5g Hermesetas liquid sweetener

Method

1. Chop granola roughly with scissors (the nuts are quite large) and divide between 5 moulds.

2. Melt the rest of the ingredients in a bowl over warm water.

3. Once melted pour over chopped granola and leave to harden in fridge for a couple of hours. 

4. Turn out carefully.
