Ingredients

50g Nectarines, flesh and skin

20g Flora plant butter

15g Flora plant double cream

10g Linwood milled organic flaxseed

Method

1. Combine flaxseed, cream and plant butter.

2. Peel nectarines, cut into chunks and steam over a low heat to make a nectarine purée.

3. Add nectarine on top of creamy flaxseed mix or mix together to make a purée.
