Ingredients

60g butter

40g desiccated coconut

60g Linwood’s Organic Milled Flaxseed

20g porridge oats

40g Sukrin Gold sweetener 

20g Walden Farms chocolate syrup

Method

1. Preheat fan oven to 150 degrees.

2. Line a loaf tin.

3. Melt butter, syrup and sweetener in a small pan.

4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

5. Transfer to loaf tin and bake for approx. 15mins.

6. Allow to cool, then cut into 8 squares.
