Ingredients

10g KetoCal 4:1 Powder - Vanilla (available on prescription)

5g Ultra fibre four 

5g Cocoa powder

6g Sweetener, Truvia

15g Butter, unsalted

5g Lindt 90% chocolate

20g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw

 

         

Method

1. In a small bowl melt butter and chocolate in the microwave.

2. In another bowl mix KetoCal powder, fiber flour, sweetener and cocoa powder.

3. Add egg, a few drops of sugar-free vanilla, cooled butter mixture and stir to combine.  

4. Pour the mixture into a mini loaf tin, muffin case, or small oven-proof ramekin (you can use mini muffin cases).

5. Bake at 170C for 12/15 minutes depending on the size of your tin or muffin case (the baked brownie will be soft but set on the top, it will firm up once cooled).
