Ingredients

200ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ unflavoured (available on prescription)

5g Hartley sugar free jelly crystals

25g Water

8g Fresh double cream

         

Method

1. Sprinkle jelly in hot water, stir until dissolved.

2. Add cream and KetoCal LQ into jelly and stir.

3. Pour into 4 individual moulds or shapes and refrigerate until set.
