Ingredients

28g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia

32g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream

20g KetoCal 4:1 Powder - Vanilla (available on prescription)

2ml Vanilla extract, sugar free

5g Sukrin Gold: Sugar Substitute

25g Melon, watermelon, flesh only

         

Method

1. Slice melon into fingers or wedges, place a cake pop stick into the bottom of each piece and place onto a lined sheet tray.

2. In a bowl mix all remaining ingredients and stir until you have a smooth cheesecake mix.

3. Spoon cheesecake mixture over the top of each piece of melon.

4. Freeze overnight. Once frozen wrap each pop with plastic wrap until needed.

Top Tip

 You can top each pop with chopped nuts, edible glitter, grated chocolate, or freeze-dried raspberries (these will change the ratio).
