Ingredients

10g KetoCal 3:1 Powder - Unflavoured (available on prescription)

7g olive oil

1g Gia garlic puree

10g finely chopped spring onion

13g chopped mushroom

2g Gia tomato puree

30g canned chopped tomatoes

Oregano (optional)

          

Method

1. Place olive oil, garlic puree, spring onion, mushroom and tomato puree in a pan and cook for 5 mins.

2. Add tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 mins, add a pinch of oregano, if required.

3. Stir in KetoCal 3:1 until dissolved.

Top Tip

To batch make sauce multiply ingredients by how many servings you wish to make and divide mixture into equal amounts.
