Ingredients

30g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw

90g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin

25g Butter, salted

90ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ - Unflavoured (available on prescription)

         

Method

1. Heat butter over medium heat.

2. Chop onions and cucumber, add to pan and fry for 5 minutes until softened.

3. Add water and simmer for 20 minutes. Season to taste.

4. Blend soup smooth and add KetoCal liquid. 

5. Heat until hot and serve.
