Ingredients

21g Salmon, smoked (cold-smoked)

9ml Sainsburys Teriyaki Sauce 

18g Broccoli, green, raw

50g Slim Rice Original 

32g Oil, olive

36g Bananas, flesh only

20g Avocado, average, flesh only

                                

Method

1. Weigh out smoked salmon and soak in teriyaki sauce along with 5 ml oil.

2. Rinse the slim rice.

3. Chop broccoli and stir fry in remaining oil.

3. Once cooked, add in the Slim Rice and cook for 5 minutes.

4. Serve broccoli rice (scrape all the oil from pan onto plate), top with chopped avocado and smoked salmon making sure to pour the marinade sauce on top.

3. Chop banana and serve on the side.
