You can peel it first if you want to make it look more like traditional spaghetti. 2. Cook in microwave for approx. 30 seconds to soften slightly. 3. Melt butter in a small frying pan. 4. Add double cream and Boursin. 5. Stir until sauce thickens. If it doesn’t thicken, turn up the heat a little. 6. Drain courgette if needed. Add courgette to frying pan and stir until coated in sauce.
