Ingredients

90g Beef, lean, average, raw

70g Mushrooms, white, raw

5g Garlic Puree (GIA)

20g Oil, olive

40g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw

20ml Fresh double cream Tesco

15g Butter, salted

10g Paprika

30ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ - Unflavoured (available on prescription)

65g Pepper, capsicum, red, raw

         

Method

1. Slice mushrooms, spring onions, peppers and beef into thin strips.

2. In a pan heat oil and butter over medium heat.

3. Fry peppers, onions and mushrooms until tender then add beef and fry for a few minutes.

4. Add garlic and paprika and season with salt and pepper.

5. Lower heat and add cream and KetoCal LQ, bring to a simmer but don’t boil sauce or cream will split.

Top tips

Serve with carbohydrate free rice or noodles or remove red pepper and serve with 100g of cauliflower rice or 100g of courgette spaghetti.
