Ingredients

60g Chicken, dark meat, raw

25g Eggs, chicken, white, raw

40ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ - Unflavoured (available on prescription)

40g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents

2g Mixed herbs, dried

30g Mushrooms, white, raw

25g Black olives

20g Tesco Grated Mozzarella 

         

Method

1. In the recipe you will see 40g of KetoCal powder, you need 20g for the base and 20g for pizza sauce.

2. Add chicken and egg white and 20g of the KetoCal powder to the bowl of a food processor, season with salt and pepper, pulse until you have a smooth paste.

3. Line a baking sheet with paper or foil, add chicken mixture on top and spread out until you have a 5-inch circle, use back of a spoon to help spread mixture out smooth and flat.

4. Add chopped tomatoes to a small bowl, add mixed herbs and the other 20g of KetoCal powder. Season to taste with salt and pepper mix to combine.

5. Spread tomato sauce over chicken (pizza base) then top with sliced mushrooms and olives. 

6. Sprinkle over grated cheese and bake at 170oc for 20 minutes until fully cooked and cheese has melted.

7. Slice like a normal pizza. Great served hot or at room temperature.
