Tommy having the bed monitor means Tommy can have a bit more independence when it comes to him being in his own bed, but it also means that me and his dad have a peace of mind while he’s sleeping. Tommy has had over 250 seizures since November 2023 and this bit of equipment will make his life just that little bit easier, so he can sleep in his own bed on his own, as ever since his first seizure I’ve been by his side, worried to leave him on his own just in case he had a seizure and we didn’t know. But a big thank you to The Daisy Garland and the funding for his bed monitor means that my little boy can finally be in his own bed on his own. I’m so grateful to The Daisy Garland. Thank you so much!
