Thank you so much to The Daisy Garland charity for providing our two year old daughter Fleur with a night-time SATs monitor 💛 Fleur's epilepsy has evolved over the last year and for the last 2 months she has been having regular night-time tonic and myoclonic seizures, and while we wait for an overnight EEG to understand more, nights are very hard. I’m constantly waking to check on her and listen to her breathing, something that’s even harder when she’s sick. With this monitor we know it will give us vital information to share with her consultants and, more importantly, peace of mind that we’ll be alerted if anything serious happens. It also gives us hope that one day Fleur can safely share a room with her brother, something we know her 4 year old brother really wants. We’re incredibly grateful for this support 🤍
